He is the author of five books and has published over 100 articles on training and athlete conditioning. Ed is a frequent speaker at National and international sport and fitness conferences, including the "Arnold".

Dr. Jeff Balon B.Sc., DC, MD, CCFP. - Jeffery has over 25 years of health industry experience having practiced as a physician in private and public health environments and also as a chiropractor. He holds membership in 7 medical associations and is currently Director of Corporate Medical Services for the largest Medical Group in Canada.
